Ensuring the Best Experience
At Louev Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

We reserve the right to refuse any customers who do not comply to our policy.
We assume that you have read and agreed to our policy before booking services with Louev Salon.
We will not service anyone who has head lice.
We will not service anyone who has a temperature of 100 degrees F or more. So if you are feeling unwell or sick on the day of your appointment, do not come in. Instead please call to reschedule.
We will not service anyone who doesn’t wear a face mask in our shop. Face masks are available at the shop for $1.00 each.
We do accept walk-ins but only if there is a cancelled appointment or some time available.
If you have missed 3 scheduled appointments without notifying the hairstylist, we will decline any new future appointments. Therefore we will suggest you to do a walk-in instead.
Be considerate of our stylist's time. If you are running late for your appointment or need to reschedule, please give us a call as soon as possible.
If for any reason our stylist has an emergency we will call our clients to reschedule.
Please DO NOT WEAR expensive jewelry or brand name clothing/shoes to your appointment. We are not responsible or liable if it gets lost or color stained while you’re getting a service done in the shop.
All hair chemical services and female haircuts do take much longer so there is a non-refundable charge when you book online or schedule by phone. This will reserve your time with us and it will be applied to your total service on that day.
If you need to reschedule your chemical service appointment, it has to be scheduled within a month. Your non-refundable deposit will roll over.
If there is a No Show or you decide to cancel within the 12 HOURS before your appointment, you will lose your non-refundable deposit. There will be no store credit!
No exchanging non-refundable deposit with other services when rescheduling your cancelled appointment.
Please be mindful of your hygiene and cleanliness when coming in for your service.
For all chemical hair services, we charge by the hour so the total price depends on the thickness and length of your hair.
Please understand there are many steps for our stylist to take in order to achieve your look. There will be NO RUSHING if you’re trying to achieve a hair color that is lighter than your original hair color. So make sure you don’t have any plans for that day.
If you’re trying to achieve a hair color that is lighter than your natural hair, the process will take much longer. Make sure to not make any other personal plans afterwards because we may not be done on time.
We will not service anyone who we detected to be drunk/hung-over from consuming alcohol the night or before the chemical service. The hair does not take the chemical well and it will effect the end results so it’s best to reschedule for a better day.
It’s crucial to NOT bring company with you to your scheduled appointment especially to a color appointment. Haircoloring services should not be rushed so if they come they will need to be patient or be sent home.
We will consult with you on how to maintain the new hair color/treated hair and what is recommended to follow. Please ask your stylist questions concerning your hair.
There is NO REFUNDS on hair chemical services and when it’s completed.
We do sell aftercare hair products in our store for your purchase. Once you leave our shop, if and when you decide to use other products besides the suggested products, we will not be responsible or liable for those results.
If you are unsatisfied with the result that we provided, please let the stylist know right away before you leave our salon so they can correct the situation and consult with you.
